A Bit About Our Accommodation

All our accommodation comes fully furnished, either with single or twin rooms. Residents can choose to have either an ensuite (summer only) or share the bathroom facilities with others at a lower price. There is also access to shared kitchen and dining facilities, common rooms with televisions and games to relax and outdoor spaces to enjoy during the summer months. Our communal areas are great to meet other students or to use for group study.

All bills are included, so there’s no need to worry about outgoings like council tax, heating, water, or electricity bills. Our residents do not need to fret about hefty deposits and even Wi-Fi is as it’s included in the price. Cleaning in all the communal areas is also provided in all communal areas between Monday and Friday.

Safety First

Our student accommodation in London and UK consist of properties with onsite management staff to ensure each residence is maintained to a high standard. Our residents’ safety is extremely important to us and we have security officers outside during weekday office hours and on weekends. Secure key/fob access and CCTV cameras operate on each site for added security.

Our student accommodation buildings are all located for quick and reliable transport links across London – many are even walking distance from the most popular university campuses in Central London. We work in partnership with several, higher education institutions including SOAS, Middlesex University, Brighton University, Southampton Solent University as well as various NHS Hospital trusts, to provide affordable accommodation for students doctors and student nurses across the UK.

Summer Travellers and Groups

During the summer months, our properties can offer affordable and secure accommodation for short-term travellers and groups, including independent organised groups and Summer Language Schools.
